TEAM SHIELDS
The 1998 Shields postcard is a limited edition of only 5,000 and features TEAM SHIELDS
highlighting the three Nascar divisions that SHIELDS is involved in: Craftsman Super Truck driven by Brad Teague, Late Model Sportsman driven by Rick Cook, and Busch Grand National car owned by Whitaker Racing.
#1 Sterling Marlin
The #7 Busch Grand National car is second car fielded this year from the shops of Ed Whitaker Racing. Ed also prepares the #1 Ray-O-Vac Battery ride for Sterling Marlin. Uh....we still think Eveready Industrial Energizers are better.
#76 Kerry Earnhardt
The 1999 season finds Ed Whitaker fielding two cars for the Busch Grand National circuit. Kerry Earnhardt pilots the #76 car. Kerry is the third Earnhardt to pilot a Whitaker ride.

#7 Joe Buford
The BGN #7 Whitaker Racing / SHIELDS Busch Grand National car was piloted by Late Model Sportsmen star Joe Buford. Whitaker Racing also prepares cars for David Pearson's ride along program at Darlington.

TEAM SHIELDS
SHIELDS raced on new circuit in 2000 as an associate sponsor on Karen Schulz's #89 USAR Pro Cup Grand Prix. SHIELDS was also proud to be an associate sponsor on the #23 Monte Carlo prepared by David Roope. The #23 was driven by Brad Teague in the Winston Racing Series circuit and Karen Schulz in the ARA circuit. This extremely limited edition TEAM SHIELDS post card features both Brad and Karen.
