Snapshot Tour of SHIELDS - Bristol, TN-VA

A WELL STOCKED STORE

SHIELDS-Bristol is well stocked literally from the floor to the ceiling. Customers bring their parts list and shop, and of course there is that FREE popcorn.

With approximately 10,000 sq ft. of warehouse at Shields-Bristol many products escape the eye from the display floor. Such as our large stock of wire from BELDEN, ALPHA and EASTMAN.

SHIELDS - BRISTOL LOADING DOCK

SHIELDS-Bristol may be loading dock challenged, but that doesn't stop Bob Wagner as he moves another load of EASTMAN wire from the truck to the building. EASTMAN wire is a favorite with security contractors and moves out quickly.

Being loading dock impaired sometimes means the street becomes unavoidably blocked. Here, an American Freightways truck stands by for an outgoing shipment at the rear door while UPS loads at the side door.

Whether you need one roll, one skid, or one load, SHIELDS is your source for BELDEN wire. Here, Perry loads an outgoing shipment of BELDEN onto a waiting freight truck.

WARNING: Forklift operation may contribute to hair loss.

LOTS OF PARTS

Need parts for board level repair? We got'em, aisles and aisles of them. Active, passive and electro-mechanical.

RACING

The walls at SHIELDS-Bristol are adorned with hoods, fenders, airdams, shirts and other racing memories. Our fondest being the side panel from Dale Earnhardt Jr's 1997 Bristol car. Dale Jr qualified on the outside pole and led many laps before close racing and a spin netted a 22nd place finish. Dale Jr autographed the #7, and car owners Ed & Maxine Whitaker presented the side panel to SHIELDS.
